1.  You agree to purchase the Dale Calvert Online Auction Course for $497.00 one-time fee.

2.  You agree and understand that there is NO REFUND offered except under the condition and terms of our "Double Your Money Back Guarantee."  Otherwise, all sales are final and binding upon you as the purchaser.  You must use the Auction Cash Turbo 300 system for a full 12 months.  You have full year to put our profit-making system to the test! If you follow the step-by-step system revealed to you in Dale Calvert's Online Auction Courses, and fail to make more than the cost of this program selling products through online auctions, simply ask for a refund and we'll give you DOUBLE YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

3.  You agree and understand that the product and any bonus products offered in connection with your purchase of the product are digital products which are downloadable from our website(s).  No product will be physically shipped to you as a purchaser of the product.  You must download the product(s) yourself.

DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT:

Please read the following Distributor Agreement Carefully!

1.  You are an independent marketing representative for Calvert Marketing Group and/or Auction Cash Turbo 300.  You are responsible for your own marketing expenses and any federal, state, or local taxation which may result from your participation in this program.  You are responsible for the payment of all federal and state self-employment taxes and any other tax required under any federal, state, or regulatory taxing agency, and the obtaining of applicable business licenses.

2.  You agree and understand that Auction Cash Turbo 300 is not an investment program and that Auction Cash Turbo 300 cannot and does not guarantee earnings or how long it may take you to earn commissions in the marketing plan or using the Online Auction Course.

3.  You agree and understand that Auction Cash Turbo 300, Calvert Marketing Group, Dale Calvert, Michael Penland, and/or Matrix International Inc. shall not be held responsible for any income projections, income claims, or promises made by any other person or entity which are not specifically and accurately stated on this website.

4.  You understand and agree that you are an independent representative of Auction Cash Turbo and that your decision to join us was not based upon any form of enticement from any Auction Cash Turbo 300 representative who promised to build your business for you, or that it would be easy to make any amount of money without suitable, systematic, continuous work on your part.

5.  You understand and agree that spamming in any form is prohibited by Auction Cash Turbo 300 and that such actions on your part will result in the immediate termination of your distributorship.  You understand that spamming or sending unsolicited faxes can cost you your Auction Cash Turbo 300 distributorship. You will not use or transmit unsolicited emails or faxes, mass e-mail distribution or "spamming" in order to promote Auction Cash Turbo 300, its products, compensation plan or any other aspect of Auction Cash Turbo 300. These restrictions do not include an email or fax: (a) to any person with that person's prior express invitation or permission; or (b) to any person with whom you have an established personal or business relationship. YOU WILL NOT VIOLATE ANY STATE OR FEDERAL "DO NOT CALL" LAWS OR USE AUTOMATED CALLING.

6.  You are legal age in the country of your residency.

7.  You understand and agree that making income projections or showing your own commission information to prospective buyers of the Online Auction Course or prospective distributors is prohibited.

8.  You agree and hereby subscribe to receive email communications, offers, and related correspondence from Auction Cash Turbo 300, Calvert Marketing Group, Dale Calvert, Michael Penland, and/or Matrix International Inc. via email to the email address you provide to us.

9.  You understand and agree that it may become necessary to change the compensation plan and product pricing as necessitated by the economy and/or govern regulations.

10.  You agree, understand, and accept this Distributor Agreement in its entirety and any additions made hereto by Auction Cash Turbo 300.  You understand that it is your sole responsibility to understand, agree, and be aware of any changes made to this agreement by regularly visiting this section of the website.
